I was born in Basel in 1977 and grew up on Lake Constance. After a trip through India and an au pair year in Ireland, I studied business psychology in Greifswald and Aachen.

My first job brought me back to my old home in Singen. I was able to help build up the company for 4.5 years at networkPLS, a small personnel consultancy. In 2010 I changed to Magazine at Globus AG in Zurich. There I was in charge of HR projects and HR development for the whole of Switzerland.

Since the end of 2018, I am 2nd managing director at Vinergy. I ensure a healthy, structured growth. That means I am responsible for team and organizational development for IT and for finance.

My philosophy of life is: There is more potential in every person than he/she suspects. I burn to develop this potential and to be successful together with joy. I live this in all my areas of life: I love working with the team and successfully implementing ideas together. I like to travel, eat, do sports, read and get inspired in discussions.

I was born in Bonn on the Rhine in 1977. After graduating from the Ernst-Moritz-Arndt Gymnasium in Bonn and the German Armed Forces Officer School, I went to Greifswald in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern to study business administration. During my undergraduate studies there and a six-month study abroad in Helsinki, I developed my first vision of suitable condoms by founding Vinico from 1999 to 2001. After finishing my studies in Tübingen in 2004, as a freshly graduated business graduate, I decided to continue my successful business start-up and continue to implement my ideas with new ventures in Singen am Hohentwiel to this day.
